Why did you choose Wayne Homes as your builder?

We chose Wayne because we love the floor plans and liked that we could customize our home to fit us.

What’s your favorite feature or room?

We love our living room with the fireplace.

What would you tell a friend about Wayne Homes?

Wayne Homes is amazing because you can get a lot of home for a great price.

How would you describe your style? Warm and traditional? Cool and contemporary? Funky and eclectic? Rustic Farmhouse? Craftsman Lodge? Something else?

Our style would be rustic farmhouse.

What would you add to your home if money were no object?

If money were no object, we would add a sunroom off of the kitchen.

Any final thoughts about building with Wayne Homes?

After looking at many floor plans of other builders, we keep coming back to Wayne Homes because of the layout of all their homes were so good. Plus the pricing and friendly New Home Consultants we so easy to talk with. We felt our voice about our new home was being heard. Plus we loved the fact we could fully customize our home with them and make our new home exactly what we needed to fit our family. We were very impressed with how well they walked us through the building process from start to finish. Helping us get our new home exactly the way we wanted it. Everyone we worked with along the way really worked hard to build us a great quality home that was finished in a very timely manner. If we need to build again we will use Wayne Homes again. We have recommend Wayne Homes to friends as well and they also have been very pleased with their experience too. It is a great feeling to build your dream home with people who care.
