We can’t wait to show you the refreshed Covington at the Bowling Green Model Center! This is your first opportunity to see the new exterior option for the Covington: Homestead. Inside, you’ll find that the entire home has been redesigned, including updated paint, flooring, cabinetry, and hardware throughout.

As soon as you walk through the door, you’ll love how bright and airy the model feels. The light stone fireplace face with shiplap trim details above creates the perfect complement to the real wood beams at the soaring ceiling in the 2-story great room.

Thanks to the Covington’s open floorplan, the great room flows directly into the dining room and kitchen. The contrasting cabinets – white paint at the perimeter and quill stain at the island – pair perfectly with the beautiful quartz countertops. You’ll love the custom layout, including stacked wall cabinets and open shelves. The white tile backsplash extends to the ceiling behind the range hood to create a stunning focal point. As you’ll see, this kitchen really is a chef’s dream!

Owner’s Suite Oasis

Another area we know you’ll love is the first floor owner’s suite. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of life. Thanks to the vertical shiplap above the double vanity, the linen cabinet storage, the tile shower, and the window above the free-standing tub, the owner’s bathroom is an ideal blend of beauty and function.
