Catherine
New Home Consultant at Portage
In high school, Catherine’s favorite class was history. An interest she still pursues through her two favorite hobbies, reading and travel. It also helps her see the world around her in a historical context. As a five-year Wayne Homes team member, it translates to a better understanding of architecture and an eye for lasting value, both of which she puts to work for her clients every day. Case in point, she helped create a Craftsman look for the front elevation of an Alexandria floorplan. The result was a home that’s smart, hardworking and very stylish. Just like Catherine.
Gloria
New Home Consultant at Portage
When Gloria isn’t spending time with her husband, three kids and yellow lab, she’s making her home more beautiful through gardening and antiquing. It’s this passion for beautifying homes that has made her such an outstanding asset to Wayne Homes. And an invaluable resource for her clients, whether she’s customizing a whole floorplan or just helping pick out a faucet. Gloria has artful living down to a science.
Ginny
New Home Consultant at Portage
The apple didn’t fall far from the tree. Ginny’s father was a custom homebuilder and her mother was a real estate agent in Brecksville. So you could say becoming a Wayne Homes New Home Consultant was kismet. She’s a natural at working with customers to help them build a home that perfectly suits their needs. And she takes pride in, as she puts it, “the integrity of our sales process and making sure the customer is always taken care of.” When she’s not looking out for her clients, Ginny is spending time with that family of hers. Including two nieces, four nephews, two dogs and two cats. Or you might find her at a play, listening to music or watching a football game. She was lucky enough to go to Super Bowl XLV and says it was an amazing experience. We’re lucky to have Ginny in the Wayne family. She’s a good apple.
