The Inside Look: Our new model centers!
We like to provide a variety of resources and avenues for prospective homebuyers to explore our custom homes. That way, no matter where they are in the process – whether just exploring options, getting ready to buy property, or fully committed to building a custom home – they have as many options as possible for planning their next step.
Our model homes are a great avenue for prospective homeowners looking to learn more about what features, layout, design and decor they might want in their custom home. While our interactive tools offer a lot of insight, seeing a home in person can’t be beat. There you can not just take in the home with your eyes, but with all of your senses, and really get a feel for what your future home could feel like, too!
Several of our model home centers, including the McAllister in Akron Medina; the Covington in Belmont; the Alexandria in Ashland; and the Lexington in Pittsburg recently got some serious makeover work done. We’d love if you stopped by one of these centers sometime soon to see for yourself!

In the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms of all four of these models, we’re excited to share the new Aristokraft cabinets in a variety of new stain choices, all of which are included in the base price of a new home, not as an upgrade. These stunning cabinets give each of these homes a fresh face, and we can’t wait for you to see it!
The Alexandria model has received an entirely updated look, as well, so there’s a lot more to see than the cabinets.
